  • Custom Drilling & Fitting: Custom services are performed based on information you provide. We are not responsible for performance issues resulting from inaccurate measurements or changes in your technique after drilling.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
  • Payment must be made through our approved methods. All payments are processed securely.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment (for online orders).
  • We offer free shipping on qualifying online orders within the USA (see shipping policy for details).

 

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Refund and Returns Policy on the Website. Custom-drilled bowling balls and personalized items are generally non-returnable unless defective. Returns must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact where applicable.
