Refund and Return Policy
Overview
At Bowlers Depot, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing bowling equipment online. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the correct product ordered, we will work to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Custom-drilled bowling balls, special-order items, and personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bowling balls that have been drilled or modified
- Custom or special-order products
- Used accessories or equipment
- Gift cards, if applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact Bowlers Depot within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund to the original payment method
Customer-Requested Returns
If a customer wants to return an eligible item for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipping error:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. In most cases, approved returns will be refunded, and the customer can place a new order for the correct item.
